Using FamilySearch for Jewish Research

We live in a time when the availability of genealogical records appears to be almost endless. Every day, a new database becomes available or new records are added to an existing database. This growth has enabled people worldwide to make large strides in searching for their ancestors from the comfort of their own homes. is one of the leading online providers of free international genealogical records, but its vast website can be difficult to navigate. In this presentation on April 28, 2019 at the Center for Jewish History, W. Todd Knowles provided an overview of the most effective methods for using to locate records of Jewish ancestors.
