As part of its mission, CJH seeks to expand and preserve important historical documents, rare books, artworks, films, and ephemera related to the Jewish past. Endowed support enables internationally recognized preservation, cataloging, and digitization initiatives to continue without interruption.
The Collection Preservation & Acquisition Fund provides permanent resources to secure rare and significant materials pertaining to the Jewish historical record at the Center for Jewish History. By empowering acquisition and preservation, the fund ensures lasting public access for generations to come.

Endowment support provides sustained resources for this critical, behind the scenes work, allowing the Center to responsibly steward its collections, reduce backlogs, and bring hidden histories into public view.
